FleXelect Custom Oligopools

FleXelect oligopools provide a fast & cost-effective way to perform genomic selection in NGS analyses. FlexGen's oligopool synthesis strategy provides unprecedented flexibility and enables the efficient optimization of oligopool design. FleXelect oligopools enable cost-effective genomic selection in as many as thousands of samples. 

Since 2004

FlexGen B.V. based in Leiden, the Netherlands, was founded in 2004 and is a spin-off from Dutch Space (part of the EADS Consortium) and Leiden University Medical Centre (LUMC).

The FlexArrayer

The FlexArrayer instrument allows researchers to easily and quickly design and synthesize custom micro-arrays. The arrays are suitable for a wide range of genetic analyses; SNP detection, sequencing, gene expression profiling and genomic selection.

Technology

FlexGen's proprietary technology is based on the use of lasers in the synthesis of oligonucleotides and other biomolecules on glass-plates and provides a flexible, high quality platform for tailor-made micro-array production.
